Group Therapy Terms & Conditions 

All group members are committed to a month-to-month agreement when they join regardless of the payment option they choose. This means that automatic payments will be collected by your card on file and you can cancel any time. If you cancel after the 1st of the month, you will not receive a refund for the month in which you cancel. You are still welcome to attend any group meetings within that month that has been paid for.  If you cancel your membership before the 1st of the month, you will not be charged for the following month. 

The options are:

$35/weekly

$125/monthly (saves $15/month). 

Postpartum Group Therapy meets online every Thursday for 60 minutes at 7:30pm. We welcome new group participants on the first Thursday of every month.

We hope that all members have an enriching experience full of community support, which means regular attendance of group members. To preserve the integrity of the group and the time of the therapist, no refunds are provided for meetings missed. When enrolled, all members are committed to the full month in which they enrolled. You're welcome to contact the group leader if you need to take a break and rejoin later.

Keep in mind that all participants must complete the registration form on tidestherapy.com and all intake/consent forms sent via HIPAA-compliant platform.

Secondly, all participants must provide their credit card to keep on file for active enrollment. If participants do not complete their consent forms prior to the first respective treatment session, they will not be allowed access to the group and will only be permitted to attend once all consent forms are complete and credit card is placed on file. 

If card on file is unable to be charged for any reason, access to sessions will be placed on hold until balance is paid and new card is placed on file.

Any sessions not attended due to lack of form completion will not be pro-rated and sessions lost will not be refunded under any circumstances.
